What file formats can I upload?

PDF works best. JPEG, PNG, TIFF, and EPS are also accepted.

I haven't received my proof yet - what now?

Proofs usually arrive within minutes. If it's been a while, check your spam folder or contact us with your order number.

My artwork is on hold after pre-flight. What do I do?

Follow the instructions in the pre-flight email (usually a sizing or resolution issue) and re-submit the corrected file.

How do I sign up?

Create an account in under a minute on the signup page with your email and business name.

Where can I see my order status?

Open the Order History tab in your account for live status from order received through production to completed.

Can I get a quote first?

Yes - every product page shows instant pricing. For larger or custom projects, contact us.

Do you print double-sided?

Yes - most products are available single- or double-sided.

How long does production take?

Typical turnaround is a few business days after artwork approval; larger jobs may take longer.
